My Replacement

oh the pains of finding employees. i spent my day yesterday training up a young man to take my position at work. he really seemed to suit the job well and i was really excited about him. well, today, i came in to work only to find out that he quit!!! i am so disappointed!! i don't know if i scared him away or what, but he is gone! oh well!! back to the drawing board!
